The user interface of the new ACTIVE RegOnline has a crisp, clean layout that makes it simple to access the right tools for various stages of event planning—from finding a venue, to promoting the event, to managing attendee registrations and real-time engagement via the free mobile app. An infographic-based dashboard allows planners to view key event metrics in one place, such as number of attendees registered, demographics, and the amount of revenue generated.

The launch of the new ACTIVE RegOnline comes on the heels of the results of a survey that ACTIVE conducted in partnership with iMeet. Entitled “What RFPs Mean to SMBs: Turning Headaches into Solutions for Event Planners,” the survey explored RFP processes used in SMBs. Participants comprised 190 event planners at companies with less than $1 billion in annual revenue1. Roughly half of all survey participants reported using multiple separate tools throughout the event management process—such as e-mail, Excel®, and Outlook®—creating inefficiencies and potential for errors. Additionally, participants who use online sourcing tools said they are able to complete tasks and receive responses to RFPs from hotels, sooner.
