What RFPs Mean to SMBs: Turning Headaches into Opportunities
iMeet, a global social network for event planners and suppliers, recently surveyed 190 event planners at Small to Mid-sized Businesses* to explore where they are today with regard to hotel and venue sourcing for meetings and events. Among the findings, 43% of survey participants reported using multiple separate technology tools throughout the planning and management process, such as Excel® and Outlook®. Additionally, survey participants who leverage professional sourcing technology said they receive responses to RFPs from hotels more quickly than those who don’t.
