Significant Features and Functionality Offer Real-Time Data Sync for Race Day Check-In, On-Site Registrations and On-Site Payments

The On-Site mobile app offers a streamlined and easy-to-use tool for event directors to handle on-site registrations and race payments. It also allows for quick and effective participant check-in, reducing long lines and significantly improving the race-day experience. Race-day registration updates or additions made by event directors via the mobile app are instantly synchronized and uploaded via wifi or cellular connection to the event’s registration system within ACTIVEWorks. The newest version of the On-Site application is available immediately in the App Store and Google Play with a new look and feel and exciting new features.
With ACTIVEWorks On-Site, event directors and volunteers can use their mobile devices to quickly and easily check-in participants and accept new registrations and payments onsite without any additional required plug-ins or accessories. The app’s new offline mode enables event directors to continue to manage race-day logistics even if the Internet connection is lost – an essential feature for the many thousands of events that ACTIVE supports in remote locations. If offline, ACTIVE’s On-Site app stores the event directors’ previously entered data and syncs with ACTIVEWorks once the mobile device is back online. ACTIVE’s On-Site app can also be used in a kiosk mode, making it easy for participants to self-register and self-check-in onsite.

To further manage the check-in process, On-Site enables event directors to assign bib numbers via QR code and edit bib numbers within the application. Event directors can also capture signed waivers within On-Site and fulfill pre-paid merchandise purchases. New and existing participant information and on-site payments are easily searchable through the app as well.
